We are proud of our facility, and we invite you to take a tour at any time Monday through Friday between 10 am and 3 pm. Our guests enjoy the comfort of a compassionate resort staff caring for them throughout their stay. We are also a full-service veterinary clinic with access to a veterinarian, assisted by trained technicians 24 hours a day, should your pet need extra care.
Hours for check-in and check-out
Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Sunday (pick-up only) 4:00 to 5:00
Please note that holidays book well in advance.
For your pet's and others' safety, we require all cats to arrive in a kennel and all dogs on a leash.
Fees include the following services:
- Canine guests enjoy a minimum of five outings to the play yard for exercise each day with the last outing being after 9:00pm. Our feline guests enjoy daily playtime in the cat tower.
- We feed Iams Low Residue canine/feline food twice daily.
- A high standard of cleanliness is maintained in all runs, condos, and suites throughout the stay.*
- Routine medications are administered to our guests while visiting for no extra fee.*
- A complimentary bath is given before dogs depart and any accessories are cleaned or washed unless otherwise requested.
- NEW! Each canine guest now enjoys Yappy Hour each evening at 6 PM! A refreshing, frozen treat is given every evening to cool them off from the hot summer day.
Canine Guests: Run Rates are per day.
Deluxe indoor air-conditioned/heated runs: $29.00
A mandatory Capstar,
which guarantees a flea-free environment,
is given upon check-in for a one-time fee of $8.00.
Feline Guests: Condo and Suite Rates are per day.
Condo: $24.00
Double Suite: $44.00
A Capstar is given if needed.

Our vaccination protocol: For our guests over one year of age, we require Rabies and Distemper to have been given within the last three years in accordance with the law. We require an intranasal Bordetella vaccine for our canine guests, given within the last six months for protection against kennel cough. We do not accept injectable Bordetella vaccines. We will be more than happy to examine and vaccinate our guests during their stay. We offer a Bordetella/technician exam package for your convenience. Feline guests are required to have Rabies and Feline Distemper (FCRVP) vaccinations, terms for which are variable depending on vaccine administered. All required vaccines must be administered by a licensed veterinarian, which could exclude shelter, breeder and owner vaccines.
